Description
The Big Phishh 150cm black on black 3D Powsurfer is one of our ultimate deep powder guns. Designed to handle the deepest conditions on the planet, this Big Phish thrives in those special places where the snow relentlessly stacks up. Exclusively available with our specially contoured CDC 3-Dimensional Base, this model can handle depths as shallow as 9 inches (22cm) but really shines in depths from 14 inches (35cm) to neck deep. There’s no better board for handling lower angle slopes in deep conditions, bouncing down pillows and landing big drops into bottomless pow. For the riders who have a lust for deep powder, this is one of the most rewarding additions to the quiver.
Big Phishh 150cm 3D Powsurfer is not ideal for thick snow, shallow powder or variable conditions. It shines in the deep, light powder and will give you feelings unlike anything you’ve experienced on snow.
The “Black on Black” model features our ultra durable and fast ptex 4001 base material and a stained black topsheet that reveals the natural wood grain.
Recommended for US mens boot sizes 9-15 | Rider Weight 140-280lbs

The Phishh Swallow Tail 140cm – I absolutely love this board. I have messed around with a few different brands, and I can say with confidence that Grassroots has the best construction and shapes on the market. They just feel and ride more like a surfboard versus a lot of the other brands that ride more like a snowboard without bindings. The Phish is a shorter more agile board that requires a bit steeper terrain and deeper snow, but when the conditions are right it’s an all time ride. I’ve always been more into tricky, snappy and powerful surfing in all aspects of the sport, wether on snow, water, or asphalt, so this board was the perfect fit for me when it comes to the snow. The three-dimensional base allows the board to glide high and hold edge nicely while the wood construction keeps it snappy and floaty as a pow surf should be. -McRae

This board is unlike anything I’ve ridden before. The float is unbelievable and the feel you get riding this shape is beyond any other powsurfer I’ve ever ridden. It’s like surfing on clouds. It thrives in the deep and provides a large platform for landing big airs. A little trickier to ride than other boards in my quiver when snow is shallow or super thick. But when it’s 9″ or deeper this thing rules.
